Summary

• Adds dayjs/plugin/timezone and utc to the details modal so the date can be converted to America/Edmonton
• Format updated from MMM D, YYYY to MMM D, YYYY [at] h:mm A, e.g. Jun 10, 2026 at 2:34 PM
• Test verifies a UTC timestamp renders as the correct Mountain Time date and time
