BTAPI-72 Surface Wealthsimple doorbell trigger health on GET /sync/status

Summary

Add lastDoorbellTriggerAt to WealthsimpleSyncState, advanced whenever the API accepts a doorbell ring (POST /sync/wealthsimple) — distinct from lastSyncedAt, which also advances on cron runs and would otherwise mask a dead doorbell
Surface the new timestamp on GET /sync/status alongside the existing Wealthsimple health block
The health-tracking write is best-effort: a failure to record it is logged and swallowed rather than blocking the actual forward to the sync process, so a Mongo hiccup can't turn into a missed real-time purchase
Deliberately does not fold doorbell silence into the existing wealthsimpleSyncFailing alert path — the ticket itself frames that as an open design question (threshold, false-positive risk) rather than a given, better left to a follow-up ticket once real-world silence patterns are visible
