HOMEASSIST-8 Dashboards: README and CLAUDE.md, including how to add a new dashboard

Summary

  • New CLAUDE.md covering commands, conventions, styling, tests, deploy and registration, and don'ts.
  • README reworked: layout tree, dev loop (harness vs in-HA), tests pointer, a complete numbered add-a-dashboard guide (verified by building a throwaway foo workspace), a list of what is picked up by discovery, and known map-specific leftovers.
  • scripts/run.test.ts: discoverWorkspaces now asserts with toContain, so adding a dashboard no longer fails CI.
  • Guide only, no scaffold script; deferred until a second dashboard exists.
  • Note: the /dashboards pointer bullet was added to /home/chrisharrington/docker/stacks/home-assistant/CLAUDE.md, which is outside this git repo and so not in the diff.
